Who is the designer/Where can I find one?

Does anyone know who designs woman’s shirts with angel wings/crosses/swirly designs on them along with words such as a poem or song lyrics or just words of wisdom written somewhere on the front/side/back? The one that I saw was a sheer blue shirt with the designs in black and metallic silver. It had swirly designs on the front along with the words written along one side and angel wings on the back. Any information is welcome!!
