What is the strongest type of chain/necklace out there for a young man?
Box, snake, bead, curb??
Or what other type is strong?
My son keeps breaking his gold necklaces which has a cross on it.
14K, 18K, 24K?
I am at a loss with him breaking them.
I must have bought him several different types, and none seems to be strong.
Thanks to all that answer for me!!
Sticking with a well made 10k or 14k solid (not hallow) Curb chain would be strong. Do not do a snake chain which snag hairs, pinch and crimps.
Have you considered a titanium or stainless steel chain? It might not match the cross but will hold up much much better then anything else.
